SCHEDULING POLICY

A card must be put on file to book any service. All color services require a $20-$25 deposit, depending on the service, at time of booking. At the end of your service, your deposit will go towards your total bill. If you cancel your appointment within the cancellation policy guidelines, your deposit will be returned back to you or may be used as a credit for your next service. If you do not cancel within the cancellation guidelines, your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL/
NO ARRIVAL POLICY

For cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your service less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total cost of your service will be charged to you. If you cancel your service less than 3 hours of your appointment or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total of your booked service.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and will be charged a fee. Your service may be started but will be shortened due to the time restraints of your original appointment time and you will be charged a fee. 
All fees incurred must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
